Creating Inclusive Workplaces
NBMC will be designing Creating Inclusive Workplaces initiative to successfully attract, integrate and retain newcomers to New Brunswick. In consultation with the employer community, local and regional representative associations and agencies, strategic activities and events will be developed to address key labour force issues.
The program is expected to be piloted in two sites (Anglophone/Francophone) between 2012-2013.
