Immigrant Employment

The Immigrant Labour Force Integration Program brings together and builds relationships between the New Brunswick employer community and NBMC member organizations to:

  1. Identify potential partnering opportunities that assist newcomers in making the transition to the labour force.
  2. Initiate labor force development activities with local, regional partners representing small/medium sized enterprises, business/industry, and community economic development groups
  3. Provide facilitative consultation to identify and assist with labor force needs and coordinate strategic activities/events to address key labor force issues.
