Surveyed New Brunswick’s employer community to:
• Determine current newcomer integration and workplace diversity policies and practices
• Identify perceived obstacles to newcomer employment and retention
• Measure level of interest in establishing and/or improving these policies and practices
• Recommend potential strategies for successful newcomer labour market integration
